Tehmina Zaman has over seven years experience teaching, training and mentoring people from all backgrounds to reach their full potential.
Her clients include high-school students and college graduates, senior executives within the pharmaceutical, media and banking industries, budding entrepreneurs starting up their own businesses, as well as the long-term unemployed. Tehmina is particularly passionate about inspiring, empowering and motivating women from all backgrounds to achieve the greatness that resides within them. Using the experience she has gained in her own journey towards self-actualisation, she will be supporting Mrs Great Britain by offering a series of bespoke workshops to help contestants break through self-limiting beliefs and achieve higher levels of health, happiness and success.
